Layout issues turned this kitchen into a freeway instead of a streamlined cooking area. There was a door to a child's bedroom right next to the sink which created a lot of traffic through the work triangle. We created a new hallway, removed a built-in bookcase, and moved a wall to separate the entrance to the bedroom from the cooking area. New cabinets and countertops completed this now beautiful and very efficient kitchen.

These homeowners wanted to expand their second floor master suite without the expense of adding a garage below. We used the space below as a carport instead. The wall of windows overlooks a beautiful natural area. We also renovated the kitchen.

Originally these homeowners had a deck on the back of their home. They wanted a rustic looking screened-in porch. We added the stone columns, and had all the lumber used in the screen porch hand scraped to create the natural rustic look they desired.

The biggest challenge with this screen porch was maximizing the amount of light coming into the house. To do this we vaulted the ceilings and kept the gabled ends of the screen porch open. Four skylights also brought more natural light into the house. The homeowners love the results.
